As for the reason of payment please insert “deposit-caparra confirmatoria”.

The deposit can't be refunded in case of cancellation (40 days prior to arrival) or early departure.
Prices may be updated according to the economic situation.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: 
In case of cancellation of the booking, we allow ourselves to charge the following cancellation fees (see Art. 7 GTC):
• until 40 days before arrival: 30% on the booking price
• 1 week before arrival or no show: 100% on the booking price
• early departure: 100% on the booking price
Hint: Take out our Travel cancellation insurance. This protects you against cancellation fees if there is an important reason as to why you are unable to commence your holiday. Deposit will not be refunded if travel cancellation insurance does not exist.

Reduction for extra beds:
up to 2 years: 25 euros
from 2 to 6 years: 50% reduction
from 6 to 15 years: 30% reduction
from 15 years and adults: 15% reduction

Methods of payment:
We kindly ask our guests to pay their hotel bill with an EC card, VISA, MasterCard or cash if possible. American Express and Diners are not accepted.

Pets:
Unfortunately we cannot accept your little friend (dog or cat) for various reasons.

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions:
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
